This week on Flickr, I’m releasing one Photoshop action a day. I’m not sure what possessed me to do this, but it’s been fun so far. I’m pleased that people have been enjoying them.

I’ve run into a slight problem with vignetting. Unfortunately, it’s my favorite thing to do to a photo and one of the few tricks that is present in most of my edits. Even the slightest one can draw attention to the important part of an image. At any rate, the way I like creating a vignette is wholly dependent on the pixel dimensions of an image. In my most recent experiments, I’ve been using “Refine Edge,” but the result isn’t exactly what I’m going for. Maybe I’ll make a vignetting tutorial.
